Mature Market vs Immature Market

For years we (as a western civilization) have become accustomed to our tech savvy, fast paced way of life. Our development is mature. We have been on smartphones for years and practice our internet skills daily. Across the world in rather immature markets, those less tech savvy are found to be much more trusting. Why is this?

Well consider this… at least once today you are going to pick up your phone and you are going to go to your Safari or Chrome or Edge. For whatever reason, when you click on the website you are looking for it is not loading as fast as you would like. Instead of waiting patiently your fingers take you back to the home search page as you begin to look for a site that will load faster. This is an example of a mature market.

Those in these mature markets are so tech savvy that instead of waiting for a page to load they have already closed that page out and found a new one. Their patience is thin and their trust is minimal. Now, those in the less mature markets are not as tech savvy and therefore have more patience and trust in the internet much more.

As the world develops more each day and technology continues to advance companies, all journalists will have find a way to gain the trust of those that are tech savvy. Below is a image that represents our future. Those tech savvy individuals we have been referring to are getting younger and in that starts our distrust.
